COVENANT OF PARTICIPATION I will respect the rights of all other participants while on the trip. I will refrain from use of drugs, tobacco, and other chemicals. I will participate in all aspects of Mission Trip'02 to the best of my ability. I will behave in a Christ-like manner in all interactions with people while I am a participant. I will support the decision of leaders in their efforts to protect the experience of all participants. I will participate in my assigned small group as fully as I am able in order to enhance the experience of the entire group. I will have fun. I have read the above and will participate according to the spirit of this covenant to the best of my ability. I agree that ANY breach of this covenant will result in disciplinary measures including my early return home at my parent's expense if such breach warrants.

I have read and been involved in the decision of the above applicant as her/his parent and fully endorse their desire to participate in the 2002 COMMITMENT of the Mission Trip 2002. 1 monthly Bible Study (mandatory or you must make it up on a make up date) 4 service points (with or without the group, but we will do monthly service points) 1 monthly fundraiser $50.00 deposit (non-refundable) (due to Carole by the February meeting) Mission Trip. I have read the above covenant and understand its content and accept the responsibility for the return home trip if necessary for my son/daughter. I also will be supportive of the leaders and of this endeavor which includes my attendance at the parent meetings unless completely impossible.
