The Youth of Zion had an egg sale. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Where did the eggs come from?

The youth went to a home, knocked on the door and asked for an egg.

Then they went to another house and sold that same egg!!

Three groups went out to earn money for the 2000 National Youth Gathering in St Louis. A paper was handed to each resident, thanking them for their generous participation in the fund raising event! The paper also stated that if they donated an egg, they hoped that they had not seriously inconvenienced the chicken, which now would be required to replace the egg. The paper went on to say that if they purchased an egg, please think of the Zion youth as they put it to good use.

This was an enjoyable evening for the youth of Zion and the adults that helped.

We are happy to report that no one ended up with egg on their face!
