New verses to “My Life Flows On in Endless Song”

BASED ON PSALM 98

Our lives flow on in endless song, through happiness and sorrow
But our refrain is joy in Christ, and hope for each tomorrow.

The victory is surely ours, though not of our own doing.
It is the Lord who triumphs now, for us all life renewing.

The waves begin their mighty roar, the plains and fields are humming,
the forest sways in harmony, a worship tune becoming.

Each flower, stone, and hill cries out, a melody now raising,
Surrounded by this song of love, how can we keep from praising?

A joyful noise then let us raise, with trumpet, voice and spirit
with hands in service, hearts in love, that all on earth can hear it

Chorus:
The brand new song of praise is sung, in all creation ringing
Since Christ is Lord of heaven and earth, how can we keep from singing?
