"Our United in the Cross" banners were created in 1984.
Since that time we have welcomed many new members. So that
every member will be represented, the directions for the
family crosses are included this month.
If a family would like or needs a new cross they may do so also. We will be displaying the banner to show our unity both with those around us and within our traditions and history.
The cross may be your own design, color and fabric. It may be embroidered, needle-point, appliqued or crocheted. It may be velvet, gingham, print or plain. It should include your name in the center of the cross.
When completed bring to the church and leave in box provided in the narthex. Please bring your cross as soon as possible. Our goal is to have every family of the congregation united in the cross of Jesus. Don't let your family be missing!
