Welcome and Thank You Ideas

Our Outreach Comm recently worked with our Lutheran Brotherhood (LB) rep and came up with "welcome pads" to give to visitors/new members. The pen has LB name and number on them; the pad has our church name, address, phone & FAX #'s, pastor's name and email. Pads are 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" The other pad is an example of one I made up to give to our volunteers. At the top of the pad it says "I'm Appreciated". At Christmas time, I added a small ornament to them. These pads are 7 1/2" x 4 1/4". I think it is so hard to come up with volunteer "thank-you's" that are pratical but this pad/marker was well received.
