The Church Council formed "The Transition Team" to help prepare Augustana for the calling of a new, permanent pastor. To assist in this important process, YOUR input and ideas are very important and needed!!

Please take time to complete the three questions below and the enclosed three surveys.

Return this sheet and the three surveys to the church no later than Tuesday, February 5 or as soon as possible! Each confirmed member is being asked to complete the three questions and three surveys.
