PART-TIME CHOIR FOR SMALL CHURCHES

We have choir rehearsals from early November through December…once a week. Then we have music for Thanksgiving and a couple of times in Advent and for Christmas.

Then, we have choir rehearsals during Lent (usually after Lenten services & coffee). Then we have choir music for Holy Week and Easter, and perhaps a couple of Lenten services.

This works out well for a busy choir director and choir members. The rest of the time, soloists or other special instrumental numbers are asked for individually.

Upper elementary children and older can be choir members, too.

We recommend "12 Anthems for 12 Singers" compiled 2-part & SAB by Larry Pugh.

God gave us music to enhance our Worship! Many have been inspired in Faith through Music!
