Building Usage Philosophy

The purpose of Trinity's facility is to house and encourage ministry. Our understanding of ministry is articulated in the congregational mission statement adopted on January 28, 1990. "Our mission as children of God is to live together in the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, acting with compassion in the world as we proclaim the promises of God." As scheduling permits, our congregaton welcomes those activities and functions which are directed to that end. In particular, we have a special commitment to: a) enable people to gather for Christian worship and fellowship; b) grow in faith, assisting one another to carry out the Gospel through education and mutual encouragement; c) meet fundamental human needs; and d) accomodate other community activities compatible with our statement of mission.
