Sharing Pictures On the Web

I thought the Resource Center might be interested in a project we just completed based our Sunday School Christmas program at Christ in Menomonie. Image the contacts that could come from sharing of these pictures with remote brothers, sisters, and grandparents! The idea came to me after an evangelism committee meeting where we discussed involving some of the "drop-off" parents, so we tried it. Pastor Geoff announced before the service that pictures from the program would be on the web site, and the URL is published in EVERY Bulletin ( http://www.cvtn.com/clc/). These photos were all shot with a DV mini video camera and captured as stills using Studio DV Producer software with a fire-wire capture card. It sequentially numbers still captures which makes it easy create two sizes of photos and to cut and paste a large number of thumbmails with larger versions of the same jpg photos. It was all finished in one afternoon. Hope the example will help someone try it.
